How we collect
Litchi is a very difficult fruit to keep fresh. Bai Juyi said in the “Lychee Picture Sequence” that the lychee “if it leaves the branch, it will change color in one day, change flavor on the second day, and change flavor again on the third day. To ensure fresh litchi, our fruit growers begin picking litchi in the early morning. All picking work must be completed before 10:00 am to prevent the midday temperatures from affecting the preservation of our litchi.
How we sort
To ensure that the litchi is fresh, all litchi sorting is done at a 20C. Sorted, high-quality lychees are packaged with ice-water cleansing and pre-cooled as much as possible, in order to ensure maximum freshness for our customers

History
Lychee is native to China and is a fruit of Lingnan. Its color, flavor and taste are all beautiful. It is famous both at home and abroad and is known as the “fruit king.” According to records, Wang Yue of South Vietnam paid tribute to Han Gaozu, indicating that lychee was already present in Guangdong. Lychee’s history of cultivation can be traced back for more than two thousand years. The Tang Dynasty had many accounts of Sichuan lychee. Since the publication of Cai Xi’s “Lychee Score” (1059), Fujian lychee has also been valued by people. In addition to Guangdong, Sichuan,Fujian, Hainan, Guangxi, Yunnan, Guizhou and Taiwan also produce lychee
Storage tips
The preservation time of fresh lychee depends on the preservation method. Sealing with plastic bags to squeeze out the air in the bag as much as possible can reduce the oxygen ratio to slow down the oxidation rate and improve the preservation effect. Sealed with a plastic plastic bag and stored in the refrigerator at 2-4 degrees Celsius, it can be preserved for around 7 days. This way the lycheewill not change color and taste. If placed in the freezer, the lychee can remain preserver for 20days, however due to the colder temperatures, the flavor will be affected
Usage tips
Lychee shell comes from “Materia Medica Mengquan”, which is bitter, cold, and full of heart, rich in polyphenol oxidase. With qi, analgesic, fluid, beneficial blood, cure polydipsia, astringent effect, attending dysentery, blood clotting, eczema; stomach pain, toothache, traumatic bleeding; epigastric pain, belching, women blood gas stabbing.
